4 versions of VRAs and NVRAs in English and Spanish. Note the samples attached to the "Attachments" tab are for solicitation for the purposes of obtaining quotes only. Actual versions will be sent to the selected vendor after award.
1. Ship specified quantities to 24 local boards of elections; the Motor Vehicle Administration’s warehouse and SBE’s warehouse (see shipping chart attached)
2. A grand total of 229,500 VRAs and NVRAs are required in the breakdown provided in the VRA Order Estimate table in the "Attachments" tab.
INSIDE DELIVERY. Delivery must be pursuant to the attached delivery table by January 26, 2026.

Additional Instructions
If you are unable to produce the applications as designed, please send an alternative design to be considered prior to the date of the proposal deadline.
