Walden Park Sewer Main Replacement Project

Project Description: Bids will be received by Mountaintop Area Joint Sanitary Authority, 290 Morio Drive, Mountain Top, PA 18707, for the PA SMALL WATER AND SEWER PROGRAM GRANT - WALDEN PARK SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT until 2:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on August 27, 2026. Bids will be publicly displayed on PennBid by 3:00 p.m. on August 27, 2026. All documents are available at no cost at PennBid™ - https://pennbid.net. Click on the “Access Projects on the Active Bidding Site” then “Open Public Opportunities” tabs.
Bids must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10%. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract.
The project will require minimum wages and salaries to meet the PA Prevailing Wage requirements. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
MAJSA reserves the right to reject Bids or waive informalities or take such other action that may deem to be in the best interest of the Authority and as may be permitted by law.
