Project Description: The Housing Authority of the County of Chester (HACC) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms experienced in affordable housing development, redevelopment, mixed-finance transactions, and HUD programs to provide legal services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm(s) will serve as outside legal counsel for current and future affordable housing development initiatives, including Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions, mixed-finance developments, acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopment projects, tax credit transactions, public-private partnerships, and other real estate development activities. Selection under this RFP does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.
