Request involves the purchase and installation of 29 new office sets for the hard-wall offices in the Canton, Cincinnati, and Cleveland offices.

**Bidders should include a price for assembly, delivery, and installation in their quote.
**Furniture assembly to be completed off-site prior to delivery at the locations.
**Please note, installation and delivery are to be completed in phases.
**Selected bidder will be required to coordinate installation in advance with BWC Facilities for scheduling and logistics.
**Delivery requirements vary between each office.

Your bid sheet responses MUST be submitted within OhioBuys.  The bid sheet is attached to this solicitation.  Attached bid sheet must be filled out in its entirety with all amounts.  N/A or TBD will not be accepted  Identify contract number/index number if applicable.
