Hello SAME Rock Island Post members, friends, and partners,

We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 Small Business Industry Day in the Quad Cities! This year’s event will feature project updates, best practice discussions, and networking opportunities for businesses of all sizes interested in working with the federal government.

As in previous years, a Social & Networking Event will be held the evening before the conference, along with optional one-on-one meetings on Tuesday afternoon.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Tuesday, April 7, 2026 – Social & Networking Events

5:30–7:30 PM

River Center Lower Concourse

(South side of 3rd street)

• Registration includes two drink tickets, heavy appetizers, and water/soft drink stations.


• One-on-one meetings will be offered earlier that afternoon (details on these will be announced separately).

Wednesday, April 8, 2026 – Conference Day

8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Full day of sessions, including breakfast and lunch


• Presentations from public- and private-sector speakers


• Networking opportunities with government representatives and industry partners


• A draft agenda will be posted to the SAME website when available (agenda subject to change)
