Benchmarking Services Specialized in Higher Education

This is a Notice Of Intent To Award A Single Source Contract (ACAN) that the University of Waterloo (UW) intends to award a contract for Benchmarking Services Specialized in Higher Education to Cubane Consulting (Canada) Ltd. Through the "Uniforum" Benchmarking Services, the University of Waterloo will be able to drive continuous improvement on efficiency and effectiveness in its administrative costs and services. In addition, Uniforum membership will provide access to collaborative forums, in order to connect senior executives, service leads and change experts across the world and share leading and emerging practice.

This ACAN is an advanced notice indicating to the supplier community that UW intends to award a contract for these services to a pre-identified supplier.  If no other supplier submits, on or before the closing date of this Notice, a challenge with a suitable plan for an alternate approach, the competitive requirements of the University are considered to have been met.
