The Bracken County Fiscal Court and Bracken County EMS of Brooksville, Kentucky will be accepting sealed bids for the Addition and Partial Renovation of their existing facility at 592 Bladeston Drive in Brooksville, Kentucky. Proposals will include all items as noted in detailed specifications prepared by Hub + Weber Architects. PLC, 720 East Pete Rose Way, Suite 310, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
Bids will be received by the Bracken County Fiscal Court no later than Monday, March 3rd, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, at the office of the Bracken County Judge Executive, 116 W. Miami Street, PO Box 264, Brooksville, Kentucky 41004, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud in the upstairs Fiscal Courtroom.

Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. These include Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Further, Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.=
