The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the purchase of Scott Air-Pak X3 Pro SCBA Systems. Equipment must be compliant with NFPA 2018 or newer. The successful bidder shall furnish components which are regularly furnished as standards with this equipment. The quantities identified herein are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of purchase. The City reserves the right to adjust the quantities awarded based upon unit pricing, total bid cost, and available appropriations.
All questions must be submitted through the City's Ionwave bidding system by Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET).
Each prospective bidder must submit their bid along with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET). The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered. |
