Description:
The Town of South Congaree is requesting Design-Build services for the design and construction of a newly constructed Municipal Complex. This complex will include a Court Room/Council chamber/meeting space, offices for administrative staff, offices for Police Chief and officers, restroom facilities, break area, and parking design.
Pre-Bid Information:
Design-Build Teams interested in being considered for this project should respond with five hard copies of the following: letter of interest, current resume of staff and their qualifications, and a direct response to each of the selection criteria that was identified.
