Description
The Office of the Kansas State Treasurer (“Treasurer”) seeks competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide program management services for the Kansas Postsecondary Education Savings Program (the “Program”). The Treasurer administers the Program pursuant to K.S.A. 75-640, et seq., (the “Act”) as a qualified tuition program in accordance with 26 U.S.C. § 529.
