MetOcean telemetry services
Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision ocean telemetry services from MetOcean Telematics as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the services being compatible with existing equipment. Services must be compatible with already existing and currently deployed telecommunications equipment. Must maintain connectivity with systems with no data interruption. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
