Description
The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services (StreetsLA) is seeking a Personal Services Contract with a Contractor to deliver immediate and comprehensive disaster recovery services and emergency protective measures to restore or maintain the functionality and safety of the City's public right-of-ways. This will include the clearance of public right-of-ways for emergency access, debris removal of clean and/or hazardous waste, hazardous tree and limb removal, soil testing, flood prevention, erosion control, slope stabilization, and road repair.
Due to the unforeseeable need for these services and because these services may receive federal funding from FEMA, the BIP program cannot be applied.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held to review the Disaster Recovery Services and Emergency Protective Measures for the Public Right-of-Way RFP document, respond to questions regarding the requirements of the RFP, and to share CITY needs.
Attendance is mandatory, and PROPOSERS are highly encouraged to ask any questions you may have regarding the RFP. For a more detailed response, StreetsLA requests that, to the extent possible, the PROPOSERS provide questions in writing one (1) week before the Pre-Proposal Conference, which will enable staff to prepare responses in advance.
