East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks to replace the entire roof consisting of 45,634 square feet of architectural shingles and related roofing materials and work at Norris Elementary School, located at 40 Remington Road, East Hartford, Ct, 06118. *Please note that all bidders must be prequalified DAS contractors.* A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 10:00am in the Norris Elementary School Main Lobby, 40 Remington Road, Ct, 06118. Contractors are encouraged to participate in the site visit to view existing conditions. This will be the only opportunity to view the jobsite.
