Scope of Services
SRS. Mobility, LLC will provide, install and calibrate the radar safety system on the interior and exterior of ten

(10) buses to aide in the protection of the students. The Advanced Imaging Radar School Bus Safety

System is a multi-functional vehicle safety platform designed for school buses. It uses next generation radar

technology, superior to traditional 2D/3D sensors, to protect students both outside and inside the bus.

SRS.MOBILITY provides proprietary radar-based safety systems for school districts and school buses:

Exterior Accident Prevention Solution SRS’s radar sensing technology prevents accidents and keeps

students safe. Radars installed on the exterior of the bus create a bird-eye view "detection zone." During

student pick-up and drop-off, the sensors detect movement within the detection zone and alert the driver via

warning LED lights and sound alarms. Most importantly, radar sensors installed on the bus undercarriage

detect unseen foreign objects underneath the bus – the driver`s ultimate blind spot – and alert the driver with

lights and sounds. Interior No Child Left-Behind Prevention Solution Radar sensors mounted in the interior of

the bus detect passengers on board or in cabin. These highly sensitive devices scan for individual’s vital

signs. The automatic scanning feature activated upon turning off the ignition eliminates the possibility of a

driver overlooking a child hidden from the driver’s view. Interior radar scan detects a child left behind or

asleep under seats, triggering an alarm for the driver and sending a notification to the transportation control

center via a wireless communication system.
