SW-50C CEI Services for North Duke Street Pedestrian Improvements
The City of Durham will accept Letters of Interest submittals from Bidders until 4:00 PM on
Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for Contract SW-50C "CEI Services for North Duke Street
Pedestrian Improvements (EB-5715)". This is a Request for Letters of Interest (RFLOI)
from qualified firms to provide CEI services including construction administration, testing,
and inspection for a federally funded project for the construction of new sidewalks and
pedestrian improvements on North Duke Street.

PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE
The mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held in-person at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October
20, 2026 at City Hall, Floor 3, Conference Room 3B.
LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids
must include a non-collusion affidavit.
