Repair Bay
This project involves the renovation of an existing maintenance bay to be able to service gasoline fueled vehicles. The renovation includes the addition of a dedicated HVAC unit, tailpipe exhaust reel, structural roof reinforcement and associated electrical work. Bids will be for a single contract and shall include all General Construction Work, Mechanical and Electrical and Work.
