This is an Invitation for Bid to supply the Glynn County Board of Commissioners with Portable and Mobile Radios and accessories as detailed in this IFB.
Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until
1:30 pm

Wednesday, April 30, 2025
. At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the 2nd floor of the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street and will be publicly read. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be submitted through the Glynn County OpenGov Portal. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" if applicable and be returned online via the Portal.

. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
