Program Management Support Services-On-Street Infrastructure Projects

Project Description: IndyGo is seeking a qualified firm to provide technical assistance and staff augmentation services in support of the Capital Projects Division who are responsible for the successful delivery of [CC7.1][MD7.2]on-street infrastructure projects. This contracted work is intended to supplement IndyGo staff capacity with experienced professionals who will work on bus rapid transit and other on-street infrastructure projects, while under the direction of IndyGo leadership and serving as an extension of the agency’s project delivery team.
The primary purpose of this contract is to provide experienced owner-side project management capacity embedded within IndyGo, supported by the consultant firm's broader technical resources when specialized expertise is required.
Vendors shall propose a team to support the delivery of IndyGo’s complete Capital Program. The team shall be comprised of up to two individuals who will serve as embedded teammates, and up to six Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), [CC8.1][MD8.2]as described below. The SMEs will be assigned specific tasks, as IndyGo determines that their support is required. These will not be full-time positions, and their services may not be required at all. SMEs may be better suited to be from the central Indiana market for purposes such as design and construction delivery, ROW acquisition/utility relocation oversight whereas national SMEs may be included when expertise from other cities or transit agencies may provide valuable insight for IndyGo. Vendors should propose specific people for each position. IndyGo shall reserve the right to fill only some of the positions, as demand requires, or to reorganize roles and responsibilities for maximum effectiveness.
