Solicitation Description:
Human Capital (HC) is seeking to contract with a catering vendor that can provide scheduled catering services to be served at HC events that WMATA will host over the next four (4) years. Group sizes will vary based on the type of event being conducted, however the average New Employee Orientation (NEO) class size is fifty (50) participants with NEO sessions offered three times per month. Additionally, special events average (twenty) 20 participants with an estimated fifteen (15) events per year.
