The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the Asbestos Abatement of 134 Frances Street, Warner Robins, Georgia in accordance with the bid documents. Contractors are responsible for reviewing the ACM Survey Report included with the Line item.  The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price.
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Friday, February 14, 20 25 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Friday, February 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
  • Worker's Compensation: Statutory, required with 3 or more employees
  • Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per Occurrence/2 Million General Aggregate
  • Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit
  • Umbrella Liability: 2 Million
No work shall begin unless and until insurance certificates are received and a purchase order has been issued.
The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
