The equipment requested under this IFB isconsidered proprietary and can only be purchased through the manufacturer. This IFB is issued in accordance with theState Lottery Act (Tex. Gov’t Code ch. 466) and the procurement rules of theTexas Department of Licensing and Regulation, 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §§ 140.101–105. All bids submitted in responseto this IFB are subject to the requirements of the State Lottery Act,regardless of whether specifically addressed in this IFB.
