Gov’t Code ch. 466) and the procurement rules of theTexas Department of Licensing and Regulation, 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §§ 140.101–105. All bids submitted in responseto this IFB are subject to the requirements of the State Lottery Act,regardless of whether specifically addressed in this IFB.
