THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted.

All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time.

Late responses will not be accepted.

PURPOSE. The State is seeking one (1) new electrofishing boat, components, motor, and trailer package to patrol Minnesota
waters.

The State may consider alternative specifications than those detailed in Exhibit C, if the make(s), model(s), or brand(s) have comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics and allow the State to utilize the equipment in an effective manner.

The DNR has the final authority to approve or deny the submitted alternative specifications.
Please note: Requests to consider alternative specifications should be submitted before the Question deadline designated above in the Section 1 - Instructions.

Pricing must be submitted via excel document "Exhibit D - Price Schedule", attached to this solicitation.
