PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
(Section 153.65 - .71, Ohio Revised Code)
The Board of Trustees of the Northwestern Water and Sewer District will receive Statements of Qualifications from interested firms for specialty services for the 2026/2027 Elevated Tank Repairs projects until 4:00 p.m., local time, on Monday, August 24, 2026. Firms interested in being considered for this contract(s) are to provide technical specification writing, inspection, project administration and other specialty services should submit a Statement of Qualifications, which should include information regarding the firm’s competence to perform professional design services as indicated by the technical training, education, and experience of the firm’s personnel, particularly those persons who would be assigned to perform services for the District. Statements should also include information relative to the firm’s workload and availability of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities to perform the required consulting services competently and expeditiously; and past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of past work with the Northwestern Water and Sewer District. Statements shall also address the firm’s familiarity with the District, including previous experience with the District and other public agencies in Northwest Ohio. The firm selected as most qualified based on their Statement of Qualifications will be notified to submit a technical approach, scope of services, and other details for each contract during the service period.
