Milwaukee County Department of Parks, Recreation, and Culture and Administrative Services are requesting proposals for professional consulting services in planning and designing a new aquatic feature at Washington Park. The selected consultant will assist in public engagement by delivering recommendations of splashpad elements and provide conceptual designs to present. Following conceptual design, the consultant shall advance the preferred alternative into fully coordinated, biddable final design plans and technical specifications.
Pre-Propsal Meeting: April 16, 2026 at 2:00pm via Microsoft TEAMS. Please email Aaron Brasfield at aaron.brasfield@milwaukeecountywi.gov for an invitation
Proposals Due:Â April 29, 2026 no later than 3:00pm. Submit one electronic copy in PDF format to Aaron Brasfield, Environmental Engineer at aaron.brasfield@milwaukeecountywi.gov
