The Town of Fairfield in conjunction with the Town of Fairfield WPCA has issued this one-step solicitation for its Phase 1 – WPCF Plant Equipment Improvements (Project) to invite responses from experienced and capable parties to this request for qualifications (RFQ). The purpose of this RFQ is to retain services of a qualified responder to provide progressive design – build services for the high priority capital improvement projects at the WPCF. The design-builder will be retained under the EJCDC Contract Agreement for Progressive Design-Build Services. Design-Builder shall provide a scope of work inclusive of all items described in Section 2.1 of this RFQ.
