KDFWR - KY Sportsman Permitting Online Resource Tool KSPORT

The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources is requesting solution proposals to leverage available technologies across multiple platforms to enhance the efficiency, customer service, and availability of the goods and services the Agency is tasked to deliver. These technologies should provide a modern, readily available and maintainable interface to both Agency customers and staff. The main core of this request involves the issuance of licenses and permits using multiple platforms and the maintenance and integration of customer information. The creation and maintenance of mobile applications to enhance customer service and officer/public safety is also required in this proposal.
