Description:

|
The City of Huntsville, Texas, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of a 3-million-gallon (3MG) ground storage tank (GST) located at Palm Street Water Plant. This project includes surface preparation, structural repairs, and the application of protective coatings to ensure compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards. No interior work will be performed as part of this project.
A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 10:30 AM. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders. Bids submitted by firms that do not attend the site visit will be considered non-responsive and disqualified from consideration.
