Brand Name PACO Condensate Pump Seal and Sleeve Kits

AMENDMENT 1: Amendment 1 includes a revised RFQ and Pump Stock Number Pictures. Please review the RFQ changes in its entirety and attached PACO pump information. Ensure technical criteria are met when submitting a quote.

This is a Brand Name requirement for the purchase and delivery of PACO Condensate Pump Seal and Sleeve Kits.

This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03, DFARS change notice 01/17/2025 and DAFFARS DAFAC Change Number10/16/2024.

Response Due Date: Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to: Brandi Sipplin at brandi.sipplin@us.af.mil and Emily Rodriguez at emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil no later than Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

Questions/concerns: All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than Monday, 16 June at 10:00 am. Responses to questions will be posted into SAM.gov as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be accepted.
