Project Description: The Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri (EDCKC) seeks proposals from qualified consultants to update the Central City Economic Development Tax Board Strategic Plan.
The updated plan will provide a clear and actionable framework to guide economic development priorities, investment decisions, partnerships, and implementation activities over the next five years.
Building on the Board's existing strategic direction, the planning process will assess current economic and organizational conditions, incorporate stakeholder perspectives, and establish measurable priorities, strategies, and performance indicators to guide the Board's future work and resource allocation.
