INVITATION TO BID
Separate sealed (hard copy) bids for Redfield Pump Station Improvements (HWEI Project No. 2024104), will be received by Redfield Water Works (Owner) at 212 Brodie Street, Redfield, Arkansas 72132 until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at which time and location bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed to “Redfield Water Works, 212 Brodie Street, Redfield, Arkansas 72132” and shall be labeled “Bid for Redfield Pump Station Improvements, HWEI Project 2024104”. Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened.
This project includes the construction of improvements to the Donna Street Pump Station and the WWTP Pump Station located in Redfield, Arkansas.
Prospective Bidders must download contract documents through Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN). This can be accomplished via the link on

There is a $22.00 non-refundable download delivery fee for a PDF (electronic) copy of the bidding documents. Prospective Bidders are responsible for any reproduction costs of the purchased contract documents. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from QuestCDN.
Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
This publication was paid for by the Redfield Water Works and the cost of the publication is $430.18 per Arkansas Code 14-55-208 and related statutes.
The Owner encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, as either a general contractor or subcontractor.
