Request for Proposals (RFP) # TS-2525, Translation Services, (IDIQ-Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity)

Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to proposals from qualified firms to provide districtwide Translation Services as required by law, for the purpose of students and families of CCPS students with certain information, in their native languages on and “as-needed” basis. Such documents to be translated include but are not limited to IEPs, Code of Student Conduct, school calendars, etc.

The successful Offeror/Proposer shall provide document translation services from English to source language and/or source language translation to English and to provide review, editing, and proofreading services for previously translated documents.

The resulting contract shall be valid for one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

CCPS reserves the right to cancel the RFP, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one Offerors/Proposers.
