Sealed bids are hereby solicited for the rehabilitation of the Entrance Sign at the New River ValleyAirport. Project will include demolition of existing sign, evaluation and possible replacement ofenergy supply, repair of existing concrete foundation, design of new sign to be mounted to existingfoundation based on new logo, and construction and installation of newly designed sign.This is a lump sum Contract. Bids will be received in the office of the Airport Manager, 5391 C VJackson Rd, Dublin, VA 24084 until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, Thursday April 10th, 2025. Bidsreceived after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01p.m.Contractors are encouraged to make an appointment before the bid deadline to inspect the existingsign. Contractors will be required to demonstrate an appropriate amount of liability and workerâscompensation insurance.
