Hemp Annual Agreement Software Program 374936

The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries, Industrial Hemp Section, is seeking a quote to renew the maintenance agreement on their proprietary software that they have been utilizing for the past few years.

This proprietary software is specifically tailored and designed to meet operational and regulatory regulations.  This software supports critical program functions and specific business processes such as the management of regulated participants and applications, licensing and registration information, program records, compliance-related information, and reporting.

Note: Service of this proprietary software must run continuously.  There cannot be any interruption in service.  Software must be compatible with the State Of Alabama’s on-contract payment Supplier.

1)   WinWam Software Hemp Portal, which includes on-line applications, billing, and payment processing capabilities for Hemp-Grower/ Handler, Hemp-Processor/Handler, Hemp-University, and Hemp Sites.  Software and setup include: middleware products, payment processing setup, data conversion, and training.

2)  Azure Web Hosting Fee Azure Web Hosting License Fee is a cloud-based program to store information enter on Hemp Portal program that enhances security of information, automatic backup system.
