The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for four (4) Pharmacist for the Pharmacy Department.
The Period of Performance for the four (4) Pharmacist requirements will be awarded as a one-year contract: Base Period (6-months) and an Exercise Option Period (6-months) both equaling a total of 12-months from Date of Award.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services, with a small business size standard of $34M.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00146 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 7, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) , minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 16, 2025. The acquisition is a set-aside for ISBEE.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
