The project is located at 7292 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA, 94558 and the work consists of tenant improvements for the Ag. Warehouse as described in the Plans and Specifications. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of an existing bathroom, storage room, and kitchen space to create one larger room for a water meter test bench. Installation of water meter test bench and replacement of ceiling light fixtures and controls. Revised Engineer Estimate: $250,000. RSVP to Mandatory job walk.
