| Bid Synopsis: | The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services (DMS), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide a communications review management tool to help facilitate the review and approval of the hundreds of publications and communications we create each year. DMS communications is responsible for drafting materials such as memos, member correspondence, flyers, website content, and social media to explain to various stakeholder groups DMS policy and program information. The tool will be used to route these materials through various levels of review to ensure accuracy and clarity by DMS staff and leadership. |
