Work to include demolition and debris removal ofexisting interior restrooms including plumbing fixtures, supply lines, DWVlines, and finishes as noted on construction documents. Existing wall-mountedtoilets are to be removed and replaced with floor mounted fixtures. Remove andinstall as new. In addition, this remodel will include all finished walls,flooring, ceilings, millwork, and alterations for ADA compliance. Existing wallmounted drinking fountains to be removed and replaced with bottle filler modeladjacent to second floor restroom.
