Communications, Audio Visual and Media Related Products and Services

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD, "District") is accepting proposals for Communications, Audio Visual and Media Related Products and Services.

Lewisville ISD is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) #3303A-25 Communications, Audio Visual and Media Related Products and Services to invite qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals for a wide range of communications and media products and related services, such as, but not limited to, branding, community engagement, internal and external communications, and marketing through multiple channels, including audiovisual, graphic design, photography, and content creation. The District is requesting proposals from firms or individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Audiovisual Services, Logo Design, and Branding, Graphic Design, Photography, Consulting Services for Communications, and Strategy Content Writing (including newsletters, articles, press releases, social media posts, and website content).
All interested firms or individuals, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. The evaluation criteria of incomplete proposals will be impacted by missing or incomplete information.

RFP #3303A-25 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to the District.

The initial term of this proposal submittal shall be from May 2025 - March 2027.

Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term. .

Initial Anticipated Contract Term: May 2025 - March 2027

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: March 2027 - March 2029

Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: March 2029 - March 2031
