Project Description: The University of Texas System (“Owner”) and The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (“Owner”) are soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) and proposal (“Proposal”) for selection of a Construction Manager at Risk firm for UTRGV Project No. 903-1554 Repair and Renovation of the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) / Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
