Request for Proposals (RFP) 250000010 - Statewide Cybersecurity Plan

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM), is soliciting proposals to update the comprehensive Statewide Cybersecurity Strategic Plan as specified in the attached RFP.

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: Current deadline for receipt of proposals submitted in response to this RFP is 2:00PM Alaska Standard Time, April 1, 2025. Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached RFP. Late offers will be rejected.

Pre-Proposal Teleconference: A pre-proposal teleconference will be held at 10:00 AM, Alaska Time, on March 17, 2025. The purpose of the teleconference is to discuss the work to be performed with prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP. Offerors should read the RFP in full and come to the meeting prepared to discuss any questions or concerns. This pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory but highly encouraged for interested offerors.
