The Lake County Continuum of Care (LCCoC) and Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) are pleased to announce the potential availability of up to
$612,041.00
through the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Round 6 (HHAP 6) grant program dependent on the State of California to provide housing and coordinate support services with the opportunity to utilize the Lake County Juvenile Hall Facility for the Lake County Open Interim Housing and/or Sheltering project.
