Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Interior remodel to transition existing office space into a respite care function. Respite care will include new restrooms / showers, day room, residential grade kitchen, sleeping rooms as well as staff support spaces.
Construction Cost Estimate: $2,000,000.00
