Project Description: The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured firms to provide chiller replacement purchasing and installation services for the chillers at its Phillips Plaza Apartment property, as specified in the attached Scope of Service. HASLC requests that vendors provide quotes for the replacement of both chillers in a phased installation should funding be available.
• Replace outdated chillers and components with modern, energy-efficient equipment.
• Minimize disruption to building residents and staff during construction.
• Provide a warranty and preventive maintenance program for at least 12 months following project completion.
