The work under this indefinite deliveries quantity (IDQ) contract consists primarily of installing thermoplastic pavement markings at various locations in the City of Norfolk. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as described herein.
All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, October 3, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/196707 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
