Project Description: The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Director of Planning and Development seeks the services of a qualified individual or firm to update the Town’s 2018 Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) which includes the 2018 Maps and Appendices. In its final form this update shall meet all the Massachusetts Department of Conservation Services requirements to ensure that the Town remains eligible for PARC and LAND grants.
