Replacement Parts and Accessories for Little Tikes Playground Equipment

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Playworx Playsets, LLC for the provision of replacement parts and accessories for existing Little Tikes playground equipment at County parks for a period of three years.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from PlayPower LT Farmington, Inc dated February 1, 2025, is Playworx Playsets of Marietta, Georgia is the only authorized representative and sole source for Little Tikes Commercial Play Equipment in the State of Florida.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
