CT State Community College - Middlesex Founders Hall Roof Recovery
-Removal of certain limited areas of existing roofing for construction of a new canopy. -Removal and replacement of any existing wet roof insulation and roof membrane. -Preparing existing membrane roofing as required for new membrane roof recover. -Construction of new entry canopies on the south and east sides of the building. -Any mechanical, electrical and plumbing work required to complete the work. -All site and occupant protections required to complete the work. -Submission to FM Global in addition to the Architect for the approval of all shop drawings.
