Norfolk State University is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide custom fence installation. The project is generally described as Construction of brick pillars and fence panels for Phase 2 which includes construction along Corprew Avenue from the east side of William P. Robinson Sr. Technology Center to the west side of the New Resident Building. The remaining portion of phase 3 includes construction from the first existing brick pillar in front of Spartan Suites Residence Hall along Middle Towne Crescent to Gate 9 on Middle Towne Crescent.
