CONTRACT AWARD : The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined in the discretion of the Contracting Authority, or all bids may be rejected in accordance with Applicable Law.

Supplier MUST attach a PDF quote with their response breaking down labor and materials.

Pricing submitted is valid for 90 days.

Tarkett Carpet Installation: No substiutions allowed for products listed.

BID GUARANTY – An electronic copy of the Bid Guaranty must be uploaded with your bid, payable to the Contracting Authority for the amount of the Base Bid and should include Power of Attorney.

EDGE participation is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Participation should include 5% of the full bid amount including labor and materials. EDGE vendors can include labor and material suppliers.

Prevailing Wage rates are required for any state project that exceeds $75,000.

Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting at t he Department of Public Safety, Shipley Building 1970 W. Broad St, Columbus, Ohio 43223,
Thursday , May 1, 2025 at 10:00 am.
Please meet inside at the customer entrance near the flag pole.

Bids Due , on or before Monday, May 12, 2025 at 10:00 am submitted only through OhioBuys.
